Questions are being asked about whether Serbia acted lawfully in detaining Bosnian war crimes suspect Radovan Karadžić. It's reported Karadžić was arrested late on Monday before being taken to a detention centre in Belgrade. However, Karadžić's lawyer insists the 63-year-old was taken prisoner on Friday.
