Singaporean Dr Richard Teo who is a successful opthamologist-turned-cosmetic surgeon graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1998. After undergoing surgical and anesthesiology postings at various hospitals he pursued his post graduate as a NUS Research Scholar at the Department of Ophthalmology. went abroad and had the opportunity to be trained among many renowned Japanese, Columbian, Korean and Filipino plastic surgeons.

Unfortunately Dr. Richard Teo succumbed to Stage Four terminal lung cancer early September 2012 at the age of 40.
