After the latest round of talks with management failed to find the way out, the employees of cash-strapped Kingfisher Airlines have now been completely left in the lurch. The employees on Monday (Oct 22) have rejected the management's offer of one month's salary within 24 hours and the rest over the next 6 months. Even as the employees entrenched in misery, the Chairman of the debt-ridden airline, Vijay Mallya remains silent. Now, the disgruntled employees are asking Mallya to come and talk to them face to face. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA)on Saturday (Oct 20) suspended the Scheduled Operator Permit (SOP) of airline following its failure to come up with a viable plan of financial and operational revival.
