Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi paid rich tributes to the heroes of Kargil war in Kashmir. She said that the UPA government is committed to more and more development works in Jammu and Kashmir. While speaking at a well-attended rally the Congress President also explained about some of the plans for development in the state.
