He chaired main technical session of the seminar after inauguration. He chaired very professionally and excellently. He conducted all proceedings in systematic way.

He is Director, Jagruthi Kiran Consultants, Secretary General, International Benevolent Research Forum (India). He is specially trained on Human Rights issues at University of Pretoria, South Africa in 2003.

He is Crusader of Jagruthi Kiran Foundation's Paryavaran Kavitodyamam going in India from 2008.

Dr Murthy is highly qualified with 29 degrees from 21 universities (Limca Record 2008). He received many awards, honors from world over for his work and some are SOKJ Medal (UK), Knight of Justice Honor (UK), ASIF Medal (Spain), IEI Gold Medal (India), Kentucky Colonel by Governor of Kentucky State, USA.

He has got honorary degrees "Vidyavachaspati", "Vidyasagar" & a title "Saraswatiputra". Widely traveled scholar and author of several books.
