The Presidential election is underway in Azerbaijan, where the incumbent President Ilham Aliyev is up against six other candidates. Some opposition leaders are boycotting the election claiming they've denied an opportunity to compete freely, while the government has promised this election will be the most democratic in Azerbaijans post-Soviet history.
