Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi who was on a visit to Lucknow expressed his concern over the fact that the state of Uttar Pradesh has been slipping down while all other states are surging ahead. The Congress-led UPA government at the centre has been sending huge amounts of funds for the development of Uttar Pradesh. But the money vanishes and does not reach the beneficiaries, concerned the Congress MP from Amethi.
