Greenways Golf Estate is a very sought after secure suburb along some 1.5 km of unspoiled beachfront. It has been developed on the former site of the Strand Golf Club. It contains some 649 homes and apartments sites with sea or mountain views. Greenways is predominantly an own title development built alongside a 9 hole mashie golf course. 4 Sectional title complexes (Emerald Bay, Laguna Beach, Golf Beach & Bermuda Beach) are located at the two entrances.

The majority of own title properties are built without architectural or design constraints. Village Green is the only themed (Victorian) own title development inside Greenways - offering great value. Here you can still buy a 3-bedroom house for as low as R1,8 million. Building styles and exterior colours are all prescribed by the development.

The prices of the own title houses in the rest of Greenways ranges between R2,5 million and R14 million. Homes built in this section are built according to owners requirements but subject to Greenways building guidelines.
