South Korean singer Psy and his horsey-stepping dance song 'Gangham Style' had thousands saddling up to the stage at a concert in Seoul on Thursday.

Psy had promised fans he would perform his hit song sans shirt if Gangham Style shot to the top of the Billboard charts.

It didn't. But that didn't stop Psy from trotting down the stage bare chested to the delight of screaming fans.

(SOUNDBITE) (English/Korean) MORGAN PETER, 21-YEAR-OLD FAN FROM THE UNITED STATES, SAYING:

"[English] I'm very happy and excited. [Korean] Psy, your tummy is sexy. [English] Oh sexy lady. Oh Oh Oh. [Korean] You're 'Gangnam Style.'"

(SOUNDBITE) (Korean) 22-YEAR-OLD SOUTH KOREAN FAN PARK DAN-BEE SAYING:

"The concert was organized suddenly, so I came in a hurry. So many people are gathered here, so I'm very excited. Psy hasn't taken the first place, but I hope he will continue his efforts and top the Billboard chart. Way to go, Psy!"

Gangham Style is currently number two for a second week in a row.
