Indonesia authorities have charged a fourth Briton with drug smuggling. The case of Julian Ponder, 49, is linked to that of British woman Lindsay Sandiford. His wife, Rachel Dougall and Paul Beales are also in custody. It follows a reported two million euro drug haul in Bali in May. The offence can be punishable by death in Indonesia but prosecutors say they're seeking long jail terms.
