Frank Auburn was a pseudonym used by various bands but in this case we are hearing Jack Albin's orchestra. His band had a long term engagement at New York City's Hotel Pennsylvania during the early 1930s. Although he was quite popular, very little is known of him today. He did record extensively for many labels. This side was waxed in 1930. The pseudonym "Frank Wood" was equally used by several vocalists, and in this case we are hearing Bill Coty although Rust credits Jim Andrews.
