Here's an alternate take of what was originally in the script, Trey pleading his case and Mike dusting him off one last time. There's some overlap with the take that ended up in the episode. In the original script, Mike has a wife named Brooke who really can't stand the idea that her husband coaches a team of gamers.

In the previous scene (which was not filmed), Brooke goes for a jog through the park when Trey shows up. He tries to get her to talk to Mike about letting him back on the team, but Brooke wants nothing to do with it, jogging off. In a last attempt, Trey tries to catch up to her, but she runs faster and faster until Trey stumbles, out of breath.
