A traffic policeman was brutally thrashed in Srinagar; his face bloodied by 2 bodyguards of a top Minister from the state just for doing his duty. The policeman was thrashed for stopping the Minister's convoy. Though Omar Abdullah's government has promised action against the bodyguards, what about the minister who by his own admission witnessed the entire incident.
