In life there are miniscule decisions made or incidental actions taken with no deeper thought that end up preventing you from losing your life.

From stopping at a bus station to text a message instead of doing it while driving which would've ended with you causing a crash and killing other people not just yourself, to checking you took your keys making you just a second late to the spot where the brick falls down (that would otherwise kill you) and so on.

In this case it was thankfully just virtual reality, incident caused by the mission being completed and the server disconnecting some players, which left a chopper without a pilot. The server restarting is also the cause for some other weird stuff you're about to see.
