Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney's running name, told Republicans that he and the presidential candidate will put the government on the side of people who create jobs through tax fairness and regulatory reform.

Speaking on Wednesday night to the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Florida, Ryan, 42, raised the question of what the next four years would look like without a change in leadership.
