Tropical Storm Saola, previously a typhoon, has caused nearly the entire island of Taiwan to close down, bringing torrential rains that could linger until next week.The storm has killed at least five people, and injured 15.Al Jazeera's Marga Ortigas reports from the capital, Taipei.
