Just one day after the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office decided that no charges would be filed against the actress with regards to an alleged jewelry theft, it seems Lohan is now NO longer welcome at the famous Chateau Marmont as she couldn't pay the amount of $46,000 that she owes them.
