Codiac RCMP responded to the parking lot of the Moncton Hospital , for a dog locked in a vehicle and it's 29C / 84 F . Windows were down a crack and the small dog was barking, woman that called Police thought dog was in distress and had been in the vehicle a couple of hours. SPCA were notified, but never arrived on scene Again, and were cancelled off the call. Owners of the dog arrived out of the hospital and opened the doors so Police could see that the dog was ok. The dog had cold water and wasn't panting.
