Despite warnings from Beijing, a flotilla of 20 boats carrying politicians and nationalists from Japan set sail on Saturday for a group of disputed islands in the East China Sea. Their visit is the latest chapter in a saga that has renewed a long-standing argument between China and Japan. Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan reports.
