Villagers suffering from floods in North Korea face isolation, as mudslides cut off roads, hampering relief efforts.
Footage from Chinese state media showed people in southern Pyongan Province clearing blocked highways.
The area has already been devastated by floods, claiming almost 170 lives.

North Korean state media says at least 400 are missing after the floods damaged houses and farmland.
Over 200,000 people have been made homeless.
