According to the British Film Institute, "Citizen Kane" is no longer the greatest film of all time. Over 1,000 critics and fans voted Hitchcock's "Vertigo" into the number one spot. But those two films are nowhere near the top of many fan polls, which see "Pulp Fiction" and "Lord of the Rings" as the best. Gillian Pensavalle has the story.
