STORY: On her latest solo engagement, Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, attended a charity reception at the Royal Academy of Arts as part of the British government's GREAT campaign. The campaign aims to use the Olympic and Paralympic Games to showcase and promote British art and creativity. The reception was attended by some 800 guests, including various figureheads, Culture Secretary Jeremy Hunt and representatives from some of the UK's leading creative companies.
