Jailed Russian billionaire appeals verdict

The jailed billionaire Mikhail Khodorkovsky launches a new bid for freedom. Khodorkovsky, jailed in 2005 for tax evasion, was up for release this year. But a second trial extended his jail time. He's now appealing that verdict.
