The erstwhile NDA government had sent Rs. 800 cr for Chhattisgarh but the Congress led UPA government at the Centre already sent Rs 8000 cr for the state under various schemes, said Rahul Gandhi, the Congress General Secretary while speaking at a public rally in the state. But the state government is not utilizing the funds sent by the centre properly and majority of the funds vanish here and not reaching the people, alleged Rahul Gandhi.
