Wine tasting is the process of evaluating a wine through examining things like its scent, appearance and of course taste. In a sense, the term ‘wine appreciation’ would be more appropriate than wine tasting, as this process is a way in which the drinker can make the most out of the experience of drinking a good wine, be it red or white.
