Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi while addressing a public rally in the Konkan area of Maharashtra said that more measures can be taken in various fields like tourism, fishing, food-processing to improve development in the region. She appreciated the beauty of the Konkan area and also urged the state government to take more measures to bring in more development and progress in the region.
