Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow video game review of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock for the Nintendo Wii. As Activision pulls the plug on its Guitar Hero franchise, Warriors of Rock is left as the final capstone to the legendary series of rhythm games. Despite valiant efforts by developers Neversoft and Vicarious Visions to breathe new life into the series with a new quest mode and other notable features, struggling sales still couldn't keep the franchise afloat in the competitive world of music gaming. But at least this entry still knows how to shred, with rockin' tunes from Black Sabbath, Megadeth, Pantera, Rush, Slayer, Soundgarden, and plenty of other classic and contemporary rock artists.
