The team of Anurag Kashyap's Gangs Of Wasseypur toasted the success of their film with guns, gamchhas, cake and champagne at a Bandra nightclub recently.
The boisterous spirit of celebration was in sync with the mood of the movie. Even the normally reserved Anurag was seen in an untypically upbeat move.
The two parts of Gangs of Wasseypur were made on a total budget of around Rs.18.4 crore. Now factor this: part one alone has earned Rs23 crore in the domestic market in the two weeks since its release.
"This is the first time ever that I am hosting a success party for one of my films. I seriously hope this becomes a habit with me," said Anurag, who was seen sans his trademark stubble for a change.
