A woman in Albuquerque, New Mexico has put hers up for sale on Ebay starting at $2,000 dollars. Known only as Lori N., the freelance writer has had a hard time recovering from a car accident in 2007.
Lori has expressed that she is tired and is looking for some assistance from someone. She has promised to give the winning bidder a “certificate detailing the white and black marks on my soul.” and says, what she is “going to deliver is the opportunity for someone to save my soul. They can save it through prayer, they can save it through conversion.“
Although no one has placed a bid on her “slightly used soul”, the weary woman is optimistic by the amount of views she has had since she posted the auction.
eBay has had many unusual listings. There was the Space Shuttle cafe - a converted DC3 airplane painted to look like a NASA space shuttle.
Recently, Warren Buffet, one of the world's richest individuals, held an eBay auction to have lunch with him. The auction fetched $3.5 million.
