Voters in Los Angeles county will decide in November whether porn actors should be forced to wear condoms during filming.

The law would widen to the whole LA metropolitan area legislation which was passed by the city's Mayor in January.

Health campaigners say the decision would lower the risk of HIV. Critics say the government is interfering where it should not.
