Ingredients -
1 whole wheat pizza bread
2 tbsp heavy cream
1/2 cup milk
Some zucchini
1 cup assorted bell peppers
1 cup caramelized onions
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation -
Mix milk, cream, salt and cheese.
Spread the above mixture on the whole wheat pizza bread.
Add the cheese, zucchini, assorted bell peppers, caramelized onions, caramelized onions, pepper and pop it in the oven.
Serve hot.
