One woman from Iowa used an unconventional way to have unwanted company out of her home. She grabbed a pooper-scooper and chased them out of her house! Robert Bytnar, an officer for the Davenport PD, stated police were dispatched for an assault and later discovered a man and woman had worn out their welcome at the attacker’s home, which led the homeowner to grab the pooper-scooper. Although the woman was not taken into custody, the yard cleaning tool was considered to be hazardous and the officer went on the say, ‘We believe it was empty, but it had residue on it’.

In a similar incident, a North Carolina teenager was arrested for assaulting a police officer, Charles Adkins, after allegedly witnessing the same officer placing dog feces into his friend’s mailbox while off-duty. In another headline, a St. Louis man and his dog were assaulted with construction rebar following a rowdy argument that began when another man complained the animal had defecated too close to where his daughter was sitting in a park.
