The day after Trayvon Martin was killed, George Zimmerman tells police the black teenager repeatedly slammed his head against concrete as he lay on the ground.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, ACCUSED OF MURDERING TRAYVON MARTIN, SAYING:
"When he was hitting my head against it. I felt like my head was going to explode, and I thought I was going to loose consciousness."
The video - released by Zimmerman's lawyers - shows the neighborhood watch volunteer walking through his gated Florida community - and re-enacting what he says happened during the February 26th shooting death of Martin.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) GEORGE ZIMMERMAN, ACCUSED OF MURDERING TRAYVON MARTIN, SAYING:
"My jacket moved up and I had my firearm on my right side hip, my jacket moved up and he saw it, I felt like he saw it. He looked at it and he said, 'you are going to die tonight' (expletive)."
Zimmerman - a white Hispanic - has maintained he acted in self-defense against the 17-year-old.

"And I just grabbed my firearm and I shot him - one time."
Under Florida's "Stand Your Ground" Law, individuals who feel threatened can shoot - rather than retreat.
Martin's parents dispute Zimmerman's account - saying Martin was unarmed and returning to a residence after going to a convenience store.
Zimmerman is charged with second degree murder in the racially charged case.
