Woman in her 30's was transported to Hospital neck injuries due to this rear ender accident on Wheeler Blvd in the East Bound lane around 12:45PM. Moncton Fire Department & Codiac RCMP were on scene dealing with alot of traffic on a very busy Wheeler Blvd. Road Conditions were dry at time of the accident, traffic was tied up on Wheeler Blvd for about a half hour. Flat Bed tow truck was needed for this accident.
