Moncton Fire Department responded to a House Fire this morning just before 9:30am on Hardwood Cr. off Maplehurst in Kingswood Park in uptown Moncton. When Firefighters arrived on scene there was fire shooting from the home. 5 Fire vehicles were at the scene, and had Hardwood blocked for about a hour. No Codiac RCMP showed up to the fire. . There were no injuries.
News 91.9 reported that the home owners are in Florida and the fire started in a upstairs bedroom and that Fire Investigators were at the residence but didn't think it was foul play.
