Around 10:50 AM this morning a RCMP officer needed first responders at the East Main traffic circle that connects Dieppe and Moncton for a car that flipped twice in front of the Officer. Vehicle landed on its side, on a very busy Highway 15 circle, close to the Champlain & Superstore Malls, Crystal Palace area. Firefighters and Paramedics arrived on scene but the man was ok and wasn't transported to hospital . A tow truck was needed, very strong winds but road conditions were dry at the time of the accident. Before anyone says it, the Windshield got cleaned when I got home.
