A house that was under construction and 75% done the owner told me burnt to the ground this morning on Charles Lutes Road in uptown Moncton, around 4 A.M.this morning. Firefighters are still on scene spraying water on what is left at noon hour. Sprinkler system was installed in the house but wasn't hooked up yet. RCMP were on scene earlier and told the owner that fire wasn't suspicious. Around 1PM this afternoon the fire scene was turned over to Insurance adjuster.
