A Codiac R.C.M.P. was parked on Berrys Mills Road just past the lights at Edinburgh Drive waiting for a tow truck for a car with damage all around the vehicle around 4:45 P.M. this afternoon. Just a few feet from where the vehicle was parked off the road there was a fire hydrant laying on the ground. Snowing but the road was bare and not slippery at all, as the snow is melting almost as fast as it falls.
