A concert by Radiohead was cancelled in Toronto after a stage roof fell in during soundchecks and rehearsals.

One man was killed and three others injured.

The band was not on stage during the accident on Saturday afternoon and none of its members was hurt.

It is not known what caused the roof, which was rigged with lighting and other equipment, to collapse.
