Graphic photos have surfaced from China... a woman and her 7 month old aborted fetus lay on a hospital bed.
The woman was forced to abort her child under China's strict one-child per family law.
Local media say three people have been suspended over the incident and that city officials have apologized to the woman.
China's family planning laws restrict married urban couples to one child, unless both parents are an only child.
Couples who break the law are required to pay a fine. It is supposedly illegal to force abortions in China, although officials have long been known to compel women to have them.
