Authorities surround an Alabama home in search of a triple murder suspect.

Twenty-two-year-old Desmonte Leonard allegedly fled a pool party near Auburn University Saturday after three people were shot dead, including two former university football players.

Another three people were injured.

The local mayor said police fired tear gas into a house in Montgomery after receiving two 911 tips.

(SOUNDBITE) (English) TODD STRANGE, MONTGOMERY MAYOR SAYING:

"There has been no contact with that person. We've determined there is movement in a particular area, but we have no independent eyes on that particular person."

Two men have been charged with providing false information in the investigation, including 18-year-old Jeremy Thomas who is believed to have fled the party with the suspect.
