Awara, the Raj Kapoor classic, starring the showman, Prithviraj Kapoor and Nargis is one the most celebrated films worldwide and has been included in Time magazine's All Time 100 list of the greatest films made since 1923. On the occasion of his 24th death anniversary recently this classic film was showcased on the 70 mm screen via the initiative of a retro radio station.
