Don Pettit on board the International Space Station explains how he will use a solar filter and the Cupola to take photos of the 2012 Venus Transit of the Sun. He will become the first human ever to do so from Space, offering crystal clear photos of the transit from his position above photo spoiling effects like clouds and heat haze on Earth.
