STELLAR ACHIEVEMENT!!! I can't say when I've seen worse brakes than what I saw today on my own car. You could literally slice a pizza with the brake rotor! I was impressed mostly with how well the manager Rick related and communicated with me. He showed integrity, great knowledge, was insightful, and had the ability to make a miserable situation into a stellar achievement. Thanks Rick!! I know you have other people who could use a good brake like those you bestowed unto me(and my car!)..Thanks!

EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM TO ME!!!! The employees were friendly and helpful, showed and explained the problem so I knew what was causing the brake noise. I did spend sometime waiting on the repair but Maurice ordered me some food with the rest of the employees order.
