After a devastating earthquake struck Haiti in January, countries from across the globe have collectively pledged to the UN almost $10b for the Caribbean nation's reconstruction.
But a report by the US senate has found only two per cent of the money was actually received by Haiti.
UN officials blame donor countries for failing to follow through on their pledges.
