Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, participated in Queen Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee at the Legislative Building in Regina, Saskatchewan on Wednesday.
The Diamond Jubilee is a celebration for the Queen's 60 year reign.
Crowds of people awaited outside the building to greet them upon their arrival.
According to the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan's website, Prince Charles awarded the Diamond Jubilee medal to six individuals.
The couple also unveiled a plaque made in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Legislative Building and to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee.
Honourable Dan D'Autremont, the Legislative Aeembly's Speaker, was presented with a block of oak from the Duchy of Cornwall woodlands. It will be carved into a Black Rod.
