A massive fire breaks out at a prominent bank in the heart of New Delhi, trapping dozens of people including bank officials and customers inside the multi-storied building.
The fire leapt through a major part of the building before fire fighters could reach the spot, located in the prestigious business district of the Indian capital.
Firemen managed to rescue several of those trapped with their fire cranes, while others were looking out of the building windows, waiting to be rescued.
Some of the witnesses said dense smoke was preventing those trapped inside the building from escaping to safety.
