Greece is widely believed to be Europe's most corrupt country, notably for the dealings of its health sector.

Transparency International, a global anti-corruption organisation, says that Greeks paid tens of millions of dollars in bribes in 2008.

As Barnaby Phillips reports, the practice appears widespread and is rarely challenged.
