As I work through some of the calls I am getting for estimates on repairing houses infested with Chinese drywall, I am learning some new things everyday. For example I received one call from a young couple who are living in New Jersey and found a home on the internet in North Port, Florida. Fortunately the information they received from the real estate agent fully disclosed that it had Chinese drywall in it and it was a foreclosure. So before they contracted to buy it they called me after seeing my You Tube video and my website "Chinese Drywall Florida.org". They wanted to understand what they may be buying into and how difficult it would be to fix this home. Having built some houses three to four years ago in that area, I explained to them the cheap price companred to other areas was due to the problem the house had, and that the area had an abundance of foreclosed houses any many more in the foreclosure process
