Notice anything different about this photo?

Yes, it's the iconic Beatles Abbey Road snapshot, but this version has the group walking in the wrong direction - and now this rare photograph is up for auction.

In the pic, John Lennon, wearing a white suit and shoes, leads the group from right to left.

Sarah Wheeler from Bloomsbury auctions in London points out the other differences.

SOUNDBITE: Sarah Wheeler, photography expert, Bloomsbury auction, saying (English):

"I think one of the reasons why this photograph has had so much attention is because it is an outtake from the original cover. The Beatles are walking towards Abbey Road studios rather than away from Abbey Road studios, Paul McCartney is wearing sandals rather than being barefoot which he is in the original cover, so for Beatles fan I think that's going to be interesting."

The auction house has put a conservative estimate of £7,000 to £9,000 British pounds, or 11,000-14,000 U.S. dollars on the photograph, though experts say it may go for much more.

SOUNDBITE: Sarah Wheeler, photography expert, Bloomsbury auction, saying (English):

"I expect this photograph to do very well indeed because of all the interest we've been having in it. I think it could well double the high estimate and even make up to 20,000 pounds (31,500 USD)."

The picture was one of a few taken outside the Abbey Road studios during the rapid shoot as a police officer held up traffic.

This print is one of 25 created and is being sold by a private collector.

The auction takes place on May 22nd.
